Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
BILL NO. 310 An Act providing for and relating to the issuance                 
of general obligation bonds for the purpose of paying the state cost           
of school, University of Alaska, and port and harbor capital projects;         
and providing for an effective date be placed at the bottom of                 
todays calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered.
